These terms apply to the Camp Coolam and Camp Yachad registration site at apply.campcoolam.com and to the emails and text messages we send. By using the site you agree to them.

Your account

• Give accurate information and keep it up to date, including medical information.
• Keep your sign-in private. You are responsible for what is done in your account.
• Applications are reviewed by the camp office. Submitting an application does not guarantee a place.

Payments

Prices, deposits, discounts and payment plans are shown before you submit. By submitting an application and saving a payment method you authorize the charges shown, on the schedule shown, once the application is accepted. Camp policies on refunds and cancellations are given in the agreements on the application.

Text messaging program (SMS)

• Program: Camp Coolam & Camp Yachad family updates: messages about your children's applications, payments, reminders and camp updates.
• How to join: check the optional “Text me” box on our site. Agreeing is not a condition of enrolling or of any purchase.
• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• To stop: reply STOP to any message. We will send one message confirming you are unsubscribed and then stop. To join again, reply START or check the box on our site again.
• For help: reply HELP to any message, or contact us below.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Your mobile information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share it with third parties for their marketing.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, try to access other families' information, or interfere with how it works.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
